1. Booking & Deposit

All bookings—whether for models or creative services—are confirmed only after payment of a 50% advance deposit. The booking is valid only once backed by deposit confirmation from Modelsnova.

2. Remaining Balance

The outstanding balance must be paid on the same day as the shoot, or no later than the next business day. Failure to pay within that timeframe may result in service suspension and rebooking fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

Within 24 hours: 100% of booking fee charged.
More than 24 hours before: 50% of booking fee charged.

If Modelsnova needs to cancel due to force majeure, we will offer a suitable replacement or full refund as applicable.

4. Overtime & Bulk Rates

Standard booking includes up to 8 hours of service. Additional hours or weekend/holiday shoots may incur overtime charges billed at a higher hourly rate. Agency commission of 20%–25% applies unless otherwise negotiated.

5. Usage Rights

Fees grant the right to use delivered media once (e.g., campaign, digital ad, print or web) for up to 12 months within the agreed territory. Extended use beyond these terms requires separate licensing.

6. Confidentiality & Conduct

Models and clients must maintain professional and respectful behavior during productions. Any breach harassment, unsafe conditions can lead to immediate termination. Personal and campaign information must remain confidential unless permission is granted.

7. Liability & Insurance

Modelsnova is not responsible for loss of earnings, indirect damage, or unforeseen delays. Clients are encouraged to carry their own insurance for travel, equipment, and shoot locations.

8. Intellectual Property

All creative assets remain the property of Modelsnova and our represented talent. Unauthorized reuse, resale, or redistribution without express written consent is prohibited.

9. Termination Rights

Either party may end the agreement in writing. In cases of misconduct, breach of contract, or failure to pay, Modelsnova reserves the right to cancel the booking immediately and without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Kuwaiti law. Any disputes will be resolved in Kuwaiti courts, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Entire Agreement

This document, together with your Booking Confirmation, forms the total agreement between the parties. Any amendments must be stated in writing and signed by both sides.
